Submission Guidelines

PUBLISHING ETHICS.

We would like to pay authors attentatio, that their papers submitted to Conference must adhere to internationally accepted standards for research practice and reporting, including, but not limited to, responsible data management, image preparation, reproducibility and reporting procedures. The publisher of the Conference's proceedings, Atlantis Press, strictly follows the ethical frameworks of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Qualifying for authorship requires authors to meet the following conditions:
  • To made substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data for the work; AND To draft the work or revise it critically for important intellectual content; AND
  • To give final approval of the version to be published; AND
  • To agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.
The Authors of an article have to select one person from their group to take responsibility for communicating with the Editors of the journal (or proceedings) to which the article has been submitted during the submission, peer review and publication process. This person normally goes as the first Author of the article. If not, the name of such person among the Authors should be indicated with an asterisk (*). The corresponding Author is expected to be available throughout the submission and peer-review process to answer editorial queries timely, and during the production process after acceptance to assist the Editors or production managers with any requests for additional information.
It is the responsibility of the Authors themselves to determine the sequence of authors of an article. However, we suggest that first Author is the person in charge for the group.
